Two of our community partners will share information on the basics of credit and funding opportunities for your business.

Accion is a nonprofit organization that offers small business loans from $500 to $50,000 and financial education to small business owners in the United States. Accion will provide loans for working capital, inventory/equipment purchase, marketing and expansion. Those with no credit history or credit scores of 525 or higher may qualify for an Accion loan.

The Tampa Bay Black Business Investment Corporation, certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), provides technical assistance, direct loans, and lines of credit to African American Business owners from $5,000- $50,000.
