CROSSFIT9 RELOCATES AND EXPANDS INTO ST. PETERSBURG´S WAREHOUSE ARTS DISTRICT

July 6, 2012 - The public is invited to join CrossFit9’s family and friends, St. Petersburg city officials, and business and community leaders for the Grand Opening Relocation and Expansion Celebration of CrossFit9, 2727 Sixth Ave. S., on Tuesday, July 10 at 10:30 a.m.   CrossFit9 is owned by Steven Ashton and his wife, Shireen Hameed. Shireen manages Anytime Fitness at 900 Central Avenue in the Edge Business District. CrossFit9 is Forging Elite Fitness in St. Petersburg and has been an official CrossFit affiliate since 2008. CrossFit9 originally opened in September 2008, operating at 9 MLK St. S. for three years. They quickly grew out of that location and relocated and expanded in February this year to 2727 Sixth Ave. S. – an up and coming area known as the Warehouse Arts District.  Read more at stpete.org.
