FAMU Continues to Rank Number One in Sales Among HBCUs
For the third consecutive year Florida A&M University (FAMU) is ranked No. 1 among historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) in selling licensed merchandise. According to the Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC), sells increased by 25 percent from the 2008-2009 fiscal year gross royalties of $79,007 to $98,863.82 in 2009-2010. The FAMU licensing program has generated approximately $2.6 million in retail sells for this fiscal year. Read more at famu.edu.
