Uhuru House Décor Unmatched

The African People’s Education and Defense Fund(APEDF) is making the Uhuru House in Petersburg, available for rentals by the community, businesses, sororities, fraternities, churches, and social clubs. The organization has invested more than $500,000 to renovate the Uhuru House located at 1245 18^th Avenue South, creating the crown jewel of event locations in the African community.

African People’s Education and Defense Fund President, Ironiff Ifoma commented recently on the importance of having the Uhuru House in the community. “We are now offering the Uhuru House as your next venue for birthday parties, weddings and wedding receptions, all at affordable prices. Our décor is consistent with the cultural essence of our community. We are excited to have the opportunity to provide a venue for the community that all of us can be proud of”.
