PCUL recruiting Senior Accountant
The Pinellas County Urban League is recruiting for a senior accountant. Duties include record data in proper accounts; verify various journal entry postings for accuracy, completeness and conformance with standard practices; reconcile on a monthly basis ledgers, bank statements, deposits, registers, journals, trial balances, accounts receivable and payable statements. Prepare financial statements for the CEO, Board and/or funding sources. Degree in accounting or business administration $ two years senior accounting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience interchangeable on a year-for-year basis. Be A Part Of East Tampa Relay for Life 2011
The fight against cancer goes on and we are going to win! Hardly anyone can say they DO NOT have a friend or relative that hasn’t battled this terrible disease. The best way to fight against cancer is through the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. Relay for Life is a team event that celebrates cancer survivors, and raises funds for the American Cancer Society research, education, prevention, advocacy and patient services. It is a fun, outdoor and overnight fundraising event where teams take turns walking or running around a track. The East Tampa Relay is looking for teams to help participate in the 2011 Relay for Life. As a community, every minority organization, whether you live, work, socialize or have community involvement in East Tampa should be involved. Complimentary Haircuts for Kids
Remington College-Tampa Campus will offer complimentary back-to-school haircuts for children this summer. Parents can bring in children ages 17 and under for a complimentary haircut provided by instructors and students in the Remington College-Tampa Campus cosmetology school.
